I found out on Tuesday I have pneumonia - walking pneumonia. Since then I have been on some heavy duty meds and I am doing very well. I actually feel almost great. Whew.

Because of illness we did not travel to Charlotte for my ordination. Hopefully we can pull it off in a couple of weeks.

I feel like I am behind the curve with the work of the Church plant, but it is a good experience of leaving things in God's hands and realizing that I am, as Eugene Peterson and Marva Dawn say, "unnecessary." (cf. The Unnecessary Pastor).
