GOOD FRIDAY

When pondering the wondrous of love of God revealed on the cross, St. Augustine declared Felix Culpa -- O happy fault -- that our sin would move God to manifest such great love.

On Good Friday we must not forget that our Lord went to the cross because that is what we deperately needed. Our perverse brokenness and the unfathomable love of God meet on the cross.
