A Unique Iowa Sandwich

Growing up in Iowa, one place we would often eat at is Maid-Rite. Once upon a time, Maid-Rite was found only in Iowa. Now it is spreading around the country. A Maid-Rite is a loose meat sandwich made of high grade spiced ground beef. It is NOT a sloppy joe. I hope one comes to Kentucky -- there is nothing like it!! Yum!!!!
